Unleash the Fanboy has picked up a statement that Transformers 4 will, I repeat WILL, feature the Dinobots!
Fanboy picked this statement up from an interview between film producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura and a Chinese journalist, which has been translated (badly) into English:
"I can not disclose the specifics, but you can be sure that the joining of the Dinobots will give the audience new excitement. In addition to Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, the appearance of these classic roles changed, today the world’s coolest, most exciting cars will appear in the film, including China’s vehicles, whether you are a car enthusiast, you will feast your eyes and be shocked by them"
BAM!
There you have it, Dinobots are in the damn film and I am so excited!
As a boy of '83, I have grown up with the original Transformers and of course the Dinobots, being dino-crazy at that time (I mean what kid wasn't).
The hope is that Bay won't completely ruin this for everyone and make them some kind of half biological half machine Dino-Rider type dinos or something out of the original Jurassic Park script with freaking dinos bred as half-human beings.
Or something like....
...it may not be far-fetched, you saw what he did with Ninja Turtles, now Alien Turtles!
Anyways we'll all have to sit on our hands, face the front of the classroom...is that gum?........and wait until Bay releases this, hopefully epic, flick.
