Lots of Nintendo announcements !! Good time to be a Nintendo fan.

Today Nintendo releases new information about a lot of cool deals.

First the Wii u deluxe set will come in at a $50 price drop starting Sept 20th so you can buy the system for only $299.99, wow what a deal.

Next ‘The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD’ will be released in 3 different ways:

A physical gold cover copy for $49.99

A special Gamestop exclusive collectors edition that comes with a physical copy in a collector box with a cool Ganondorf figurine for a suggested price $54.99.

As well as a new limited-edition Wii U bundle featuring- ‘The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD’ The bundle includes a black Deluxe Wii U console, a GamePad controller adorned with gold lettering, a gold Hyrule crest and gold symbols from the game, a download code for the digital version of Hyrule Historia, a book that details the chronology, history and artwork of The Legend of Zelda series; and a code that can be used to download ‘The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD’ from the Nintendo eShop immediately at no additional cost. The box is also gold which I think is a great package for collectors and those that don't own a Wii u yet. The bundle launches the same time as the new price drop on Sept. 20th at a suggested retail price of $299.99.

Besides the zelda news, Nintendo also comes out with a very confusing new handheld system the 2DS, which can play both 3DS and DS games but can't support 3d as well can not fold up like the others, this system will be coming in red and blue at a suggested price of $ 129.99 Oct. 12th.

This system seems like it'll be a flop, why bother coming out with this when you have 2 good 3ds models It seems like Nintendo is just devaluing it’s products, kind of like when they brought out the Wii mini only in Canada.

Also a few dates have been released for this year but can always change:

* Super Mario 3d World - Nov. 22nd

* Donkey Kong : Tropical Freeze - Dec 6th

* Legend of Zelda : A Link Between Worlds - Nov. 22nd

* Mario Party: Island Tour - Nov 22nd

And tons more, needless to say this year looks rich for Nintendo!
